CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION

A documentation phase follows design approval. In this phase of work, we will:

• Develop Construction Contract Documents, including plans, specifications and details, describing the specific requirements for the project’s components and systems.
• Solicit construction pricing from qualified contractors.
• Evaluate contractors’ proposals.
• Assist the Owner in preparing the Owner/Contractor Construction Contract.
